At Lexington Avenue Brewery (LAB), fresh, local ingredients fill the extensive menu with made-from-scratch items with starters like the Country Fried Chicken, a buttermilk fried drumette with collard greens, cast iron cornbread and Coca-Cola braised smoked pork cheeks and the Mussels Vindaloo, a sautéed P.E.I. mussels tossed with a spicy Indian vindaloo sauce with
local andouille and scallions, served with grilled flatbread. Flavorful dinner entrees such as LAB Porterhouse Steak, a LAB farmed 16 oz. porterhouse grilled to perfection, pimento cheese baked potato,
